It´s not something we can touch or catch and store for a later use. It´s not a substance in our body! There is no special food that contains motivation as an ingredient we could eat.
The good news is, you are able to create motivation on your own by setting your mind right. It is the general willingness to take action. Action to control what you are eating and action to work out in order to get the healthy body you desire.
I came across a quote that sums it up very well:
“At some point, the pain of N O T doing it becomes greater than the pain of doing it.!”
That means it´s easier to change than to stay the same and always wonder how it would be if you had started.
